Tanako Izakaya makes me think of Japan. Lots of foods and drinks. The owner and the staffs are very nice. You should try once.

I am giving 4 stars to this restaurant for taste, extremely humble and polite attitude of the staff, an amazing Japanese culture and vibe felt at the restaurant, and because the owner is quite friendly, generous and kind. I went to this restaurant month and a half ago. I ordered Miso ramen because of my love for miso soup. The order came after 10 minutes. The ramen bowl was huge! The taste is great! An unfortunate thing happened where a fly was spotted in my soup so I asked the waitress to change the order. She immediately apologized and rushed to the kitchen to bring me another bowl of ramen. I was almost full but they brought a whole new bowl of ramen again. I really couldn’t finish it all so I asked for the bill. The waitress said that I don’t have to pay anything and it is on the house because of the fly mishap. I insisted on paying only because I loved the taste and the great atmosphere but she didn’t accept the money and called the owner. I said to the owner that I’ll pay for the ramen because I loved the taste. She kneeled down in front of me and apologized by bowing down. I couldn’t really respond because I was overwhelmed with the gesture. A Thai lady represents Japanese culture of kindness, politeness, humbleness and hospitality. I am sharing this review to let everyone know that if you want to feel the Japanese vibes of culture and authentic food then do visit this restaurant when you are in Prachinburi near 304 industrial estate. If the owner is reading this review, I would like to tell you that I respect your humility and hospitality and I am going to visit again soon Hopefully I’ll give 5 stars next time

The restaurant caters to Japanese expatriates and business travelers, so it is not inexpensive. The food is usually delicious and enjoyable. It is very unfortunate that sometimes vulgar Japanese are making a big fuss.

Price leans expensive but the food definitely live up to the price, very delicious, very tasty, would love to come again to try different menus Ordered several other dishes (no photo) but their hamburg and udon were outstanding as well. Owner was very friendly and kind, would ask about our satisfaction. Service was good, waitress would refill tea very quickly.

If you’re looking for authentic Japanese cuisine in town, this restaurant is the true definition of it. From the moment you step in, you’ll feel immersed in a genuine Japanese atmosphere, with delicious dishes that truly capture the taste of Japan. The menu is extensive, offering plenty of options to satisfy every craving. What makes the experience even better is the owner—she’s incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to recommend dishes with a friendly smile. Speaking with her in native Japanese adds a special touch to the whole experience. The restaurant also offers private rooms and can accommodate large groups of 60–70 people, making it perfect for gatherings. On weekends, I highly recommend calling ahead to book a table. I give it a full 5-star rating —highly recommended!
